Hi Daniel and Julio,

I have shut down as many programs as I could from the task manager,
as well as stop as many as services before running the update
program SPEU.exe that I downloaded it from microsoft web site. Still
no progress to replace the MSCVRT.DLL.

Give a go by renaming the MSCVRT.DLL in your computer, you will know
what I mean. It is locked.

I have send a support requet to Microsoft, will keep your guys in
post.
