Hi Daniel,

Thank you for the information, the problem is that MSVCRT.dll is a run time
library, so it can not be replaced by a normal deletion and copy. Also:

1) The Resolution from Microsoft requires Microsoft Visio 2000, but we don't
have
2) The PC with Window NT SP6 is in a test lab that do not have internet
connection, so we can not gain update from the Microsoft web site

Is there another way to replace this dll?

I have noticed the later version of MSVCRT.dll in Program
Files\Firebird\Firebird 1.5\bin. Shouldn't the ibserver.exe use the local
dlls instead the dlls in c:\winnt\system32?

It's a wrong version of MSVCRT.dll.
