Sorry if this is off topic but I wonder if anyone is using the perl
DBD::Interbase module and can help me.

I am trying to use event handles in my script and cannot work out what
needs doing. (The documentation is not very forthcoming.)

Examples of event handling (ideally both synchronous and asynchronous)
would be greatly appreciated.
