3 general questions about rights in FireBird

1. Is it possible to have multiple admin users, and not only SYSDBA ?
How can I implement this ?
2. Is it possible to control the number of users ? In FB ? Via a
middleware ? Without giving the possibility for the customer to
change it (of course ;-))?
3. Is there any possibility to encrypt the database (in order to
protect it better) ?
