There is a number of very good admin tools for FB (free and commercial). For
a list, look at the "Contributed Downloads at http://www.ibphoenix.com

For a start, you can check the free personal version of IBExpert, or
Marathon.
Every commercial tool, also have trials.

Also, if you're new to FB, I heard superserver (instead of classic) might be
easier to start with.

Most popular Admin tools offer pump capabilities. There is also
IBPump from http://www.clevercomponents.com/ which I believe is free.

Check all the contributed downloads at IbPhoenix.

Look at the driver section for .NET, OleDB and ODBC drivers. If you want
something free, the official ODBC driver on sourceforge might be your best
bet.
I believe ZStyle also has free but limited version of their OleDb drivers.

No problem here.
