I also own IBExpert although I didn't play too much with the CASE part yet.
One thing that's sure, it produces fancier reports that xCase both for
diagrams and doc. I particularly like the HTML doc generation.
If I wasn't used to xCase and if ibexpert had scripting support, I could
probably switch. (and then have a single tool for both admin and design !)

Yourself, do you extensively use the CASE part ? Any gotchas ?
