Can anyone recommend a Data Modeling Tool for developing Databases?

I already know about DeZine for Databases www.datanamic.com
If anyone is using this and could give me their opinion, I would really
appreciate it.

Any others? Any place to look for a list of available tools and their
ratings by other users?
