d7 , fb 1.5 RC6

I try to make a backup/restore using gbak
the back up file is created ok .

When doing the restore I get following error
Error: attempt to store duplicate value (visible to active
transaction) in
unique index "RDB$INDEX_2"
gbak: Exiting before completition due to errors.

Now after some checking I found that RDB$INDEX_2 refers to RDB$FIELDS

This even happens if I empty all tables in the database and
I have no unique index in any table of the database.


How can I get rid of this error ?
