You need to read the installation notes in the /doc directory. This should
get you pointed in the right direction. Look especially for the notes
about getting compatibility for tools that expect gds32.dll.

That's because it's looking for a Registry key that's not there. I don't
know whether there's a recent version of FbConfigManager that knows about
the new key.

It's looking in the system path for gds32.dll. If the gds32.dll stub is in
your system directory then maybe you haven't installed the Registry key in
your client. You don't actually give enough information.

Maybe it's an old version of IBE that doesn't know about Classic. Not

Read the doc and use the installer for installing *both* server and
clients. Latest release notes from IB Phoenix main page might help too.
