Thanks Jan -- yes, we are painfully aware that we need to switch. It is on our
schedule for next year, but we have issues today with existing installs and
Windows 2003.

I'm intrigued by the performance improvement -- who wouldn't want that? I'm
leaning towards FIBPlus (or maybe Zeos), however, because it claims to be
cross-platform. Although now that Kylix is in limbo, I wonder how important
that is?

Any comments on FIBPlus or Zeos or IBObjects for conversion, speed,
reliability?
