Why are you using Linux emulation?
We are using Firebird with FreeBSD native, without emulation, and it's
fine. We have clients with FreeBSD, Linux RedHat 8, Windows 98 and Windows
2K.
I think you may try run Firebird without Linux emulation, you really don't
need emulation.
If you use an emulator you increase the points of possible problems,
because you have more elements to have problems.
Could you try to run Firebird for FreeBSD?
