Hi
I am new to using IB Firebird, the question I have is I have a Firebird
server running at a remote location. I need to access this via a client
that I can execute SQL querries and do things like dump the SQL of the
DB. Something similar to enterprise manager MS SQL server. I have
downloaded virtually all the clients recommended on the Firebird site,
but they all seem to have the remote functionality grayed out. Also the
ODBC drivers only seem to support DB on a local LAN segment (i.e. you
need access to the DB files).
Am I doing something wrong, do I need some special software to be able
to do this?
Thanks
Benon
