Tx for your help, my path "is in lower case". I tried to stop and restart
the server and i got de same problem.

Did you hold in mind, that the path definition have to be case sensitive?
Try to stop and restart the firebird server after changing the path in
isc_config
Is in the declare statement the library name correct?
