Hi,
KnowledgeBase Id: 295 seems to indicate that a bug was fixed back in
Intebase V5.x whereby the optimizer wouldn't use an index for min and max.
I am seeing it on Firebird 1.5 though! The article suggests telling the
optimizer which index to use - should I do this?
