Is there any mechanism using isc_dsql_execute() to determine how many rows
are being returned (for a select) or were affected (for an update or
delete)? If it matters, I am using the FB 1.5 Alpha 5 Win32 SS on WinXP.
Is there any commonly used IB/FB technique to determine this type of
information? I am new to IB/FB.
