L.S.
I'm running firebird on a Debian Linux system with PHP-4.2.3 and
Apache 1.3.27
Right now we have a lot of visitors, and the webpages load realy
slow. It's not a bandwidth or cpu issue (download via ftp is fast and
the cpu stress is about 20%).
I think the problem lies in the max connections to the DB, because
when I use isql it takes a long time to 'get in', but after that the
queries execute with normal speed...
Can anybody give me some advise on how to solve this?
Thanks in advance,
Diggie
