The last version at Code Central appears to be for D6.

You are talking about the "Delphi 7 for .NET" preview here.
The standard (native code producing) Delphi 7 contains IBX-components.
Anyway, if I remember correctly what I read elsewhere, these comonents
are a bit outdated. The actual versions should be available at
code-central.
