I'm not shure I right understand discussion, but Yaffil group makes
experiments just now on merging server and gds32 into one dll. It
is'nt "direct access" of course, but one more step into "embedded"
direction for extra-light single user applications. Being not a
developer of such applications I can't report more details and even
can't estimate utility of such experiments.
