Hi
Operations Guide, page 162, Restoring a database,
Table 7.3 lists gbak options that are available when
restoring databases.
"size Length of a backup file or restored database file
- The only permissible unit for a restored database file
is database pages; minimum value is 200"
If I understand well the above (I'm not a native english
speaker) then we have both lower and upper (see my previous
message labeled: "Are there any file size limits when
restoring a multi-file database?") limits in
the number of pages when restoring a database file.
Is that correct?
Regards
Theo
