Subject Re: [ib-support] interclient, interserver, firebird question
Author Rick Fincher
Hi Mike,

I sounds like a user doesn't have access to the IP ports or a subdirectory
where something is located.

Make sure Firebird is accessible by using IBConsole, IBExpert, Marathon,
IBWorkbench or your favorite Interbase/Firebird tool. Be sure you can
access the lazerweb.gdb database this way. There may be a permissions
problem there.

Make sure lazerweb.gdb is not read only.

If that works, make sure Interserver is running with the proper permissions
to access the TCP ports.

Hope this helps,

Rick
