Can I make a program, thats able to start a sweep of a DB ?

My DBs all run with sweep disabled, and manually at night I have
scheduled a Sweep (via Windows Scheduler).

But Ihave made another a little appl. that can make a Backup using
TIBBackupService.

NOw I would like to integreted som Sweeping in this program.
