I'm not sure if anyone reading this can offer me a hand - i think i
ran into a rare error, since even the normally awesome Gentoo lists
and forums ran dry on this one.
When i try to build Firebird 1.0 (-r1, for the gentoo folks) i get a
compile failure when the build tosses the following error out at me:
Building the QLI help database...
sh -c ' source/interbase/bin/gbak source/qli/master_help_db
source/interbase/help/help.gbak'
gbak: ERROR: Your user name and password are not defined. Ask your
database administrator to set up a Firebird login.
The ebuild then quits, leaving me sans firebird. This sucks :)
Anyone know what i'm doing wrong here, or if there's something that
needs to be set in the environment to make this work?
