I spent 2 years trying to get Interbase and BDE working 24/7
- I now use IBObjects exclusivly for the last two years and
have had no problems since.

IMHO BDE is simply unable to cope with client/server
applications once you get beyond the basics, but I don't
want to get into an arguments about that.

The final niggles on my production systems seem to have
disappeared with Friebird ( the IBO safe one <g> ) and
IBObjects and I am happy.
