I have searched through the API pdf but can't seem to find where I set
the dialect in my C/C++ app.

I do not think it is in the dpb, and I have set the tbp to version3. So
I am not sure where else to look.

I am sure there is a simple and possible obvious way to do this, but I
can't seem to locate my sun glasses that are on my head. :)
