Please correct me if I am not thinking about this correctly.

When using SS each time a connection is made a new thread is started to
handle that connection.

I was just wondering if having so many threads up and ready to go would
reduce some of the connection time. In simple terms kind of like how
apps like Apache work. You start with so many, and it can spawn more as
needed. But you can control the initial, average, and total to optimize
performance.

Or do the threads start so fast it does not matter?
