Dear all,

My interbase server is LI-V6.2.796 Firebird 1.0 running on Redhat Linux 7.2. And I found the following message in the Interbase.log

"Unable to open config file "/opt/interbase/isc_config": errno = 13 localhost.localdomain Sat Jul 6 12:56:15"
What is this error about?
