Hi
I would like run GFix from a batch file.
It will be scheduled to run every night at 4.
I run it as:
c:\Program Files\...\GFix -sweep -user "sysdba" -
password "masterkey" "server:c:\Folder\DB.Gdb"
Should I be aware of something when doing this ?
What happens if a user has forgotten to exit the DB and the sweep
starts ?
Usually my users do exit program, but every once in a while they
don't !
What happens if users are actually using the DB when the sweep is
running ?
This is unlikely, since no one is on work before 7.30, but one can
never know !
How long time does a sweep take ?
Regards
Michael
