Bug...

Then, i cannot stop the slow connection problem?

I try connect from IBConsole, but the time was also 10-15 second.

When exists 16 local connection, the new connection takes 30second....

I use connection pooling, but often must increase connections, depends
on number of clients. And f.ex. 10 minute idle time, i close the
connection.
