somehow if at the OS level if access & copying at data file
level could be restricted is the maximum I can think of. Using
WinNt or Linux (mostly) servers at sensitive installations.

will make indexing, sorting etc very difficult and will have to be
used very sparingly to be usable, unless FB has some sort of
encryption feature not decodable.

OK but tables & data will be available to competitors
