I hope so. The Educational version is for schools, colleges,
universities, etc. The Developer version is for independent
developers. The Corporate version is for the rest of the world.
(This may seem like "to each according to need, from each
according to ability to pay" - if so, welcome to advanced
capitalism...)

The CD's are shipped from the UK, where we have a shipping clerk
