the characterset is important for other languages, i need the german characterset, p.e.
so, special characters are supported, like: öäü and ß, this i need in german.

Then second thing is the ordering, thats also different ...

If you use english, you have the great advantage, that english is supported natural.
also the SQL language has english words, etc. etc. ...
