I am using Firebird 1.0 and Kylix. Database uses character set WIN1252.
Kylix/Delphi supports only UCS-2. Using the special german characters, I
receive the error message: "Cannot transliterate character between character
set" Without this special characters it works fine.
Which character set would be the best in this case?
