Hallo Firebird team,

first, thanks for all your work, I like FB 1.0.

In my App I do a TIB_Connection.IB_Session.GetISC4Path on a Linux
CS Server (LI-V6.2.796 Firebird 1.0) an receive the following error:

ISC Error 335544792 Cannot Attach services manager. Services
functionality will be supported in a later version of the product.

1.) where can I read about this differences in WIN/Linux Versions? (Did
not find it.)

2.) will this be fixed before 2.0?

3.) at the moment I plan a try/except with hard coded /opt/interbase.
Any idea for a more sophisticated solution?
