I just tried it again. This is direct copy of screen:

QLI>

Now I closed the window where QLI was running.
In another window I checked the result:

C:\Program Files\Firebird\bin>LIST C:\TEST.gdb -user SYSDBA -password masterkey
Transaction 7 is in limbo.
