release (this is being worked on) nor a build for HP v11, yet.
If you want to download the sources, I'm sure that you will get some
support on the Firebird devel list in building your own install.
With respect to UDF's on the HP platforms, I have no idea -- I'm just a
MS Win winnie. ;-)

There is nothing wrong with Interbase,
that can't be fixed with Firebird.
