The dependancy walker appears to show problems loading OLE modules. Neither Firebird not InterBase have any need for these, so it beats me as to why they might be a problem.
Have you tried connection with ISQL? Have you tried a clean install of the client? What is the version of gds32.dll ( it is in the system32 sub-dir.)
