Could someone explain where 'Lock conflict on no wait transaction. Deadlock'
come from.

I have encountered such an error operating with two separate applications on
the same record
but not simultanously. It happened twice during testing the applications and
I'd like to make them 'deadlock proof'. I know that this is something with
transaction handling but nothing more.
