I received this message error from Interbase Communication Diagnostics :

An InterBase error has occurred while attaching.
Error - Unable to complete network request to host "192.168.80.10".
Failed to establish a connection.
unknown Win32 error 10061
InterBase Communication Test Failed!

How can I fix it..
