I was just thinking out loud. But, what could be causing this behavior for
some and not for others? I don't deal with international characters, yet,
but it's coming soon(a french application) and if I can't guaranty a good
functionality with the database server for every single installation, this
won't be good for me and my company, and I wouldn't be able to test it
properly. The only place that this type of query for me would be in the
reporting section of my application.
