When installing Firebird 1 on Windows 98 what username and password are
used by default?

I tested clean installs on a couple of machines and the SYSDBA,
MASTERKEY combination is not valid.

I vaguely remember that something was changed about this a while ago but
I can't find it in the docs or in my message archive.
