Artur,
the most stable pieces of software I have ever dealt with. The fact that
Firebird carries a couple (hundred) of bugfixes (together with some
all-new bugs, to be honest) does not make InterBase any less stable nor
any more buggy than it would be if Firebird didn't exist.
Did you bet on IB5.6 stability a couple of years ago?
I am saying this just because I have noticed a general tendency to dump
each build when a newer version is out, saying that the older one has
suddenly become crap. :-)
Do I bet on IB stability? Of course I do. Do I use Firebird for my
clients? Of course I do.
