The INET 10054 is a network error that FB is simply bubbling up and
reporting. 10054 means that the Winsock pipe has been unexpectly closed.
It's usually seem when a client application "goes away" without properly
disconnecting any connections it has to the database. It can also be a
network hardware problem, bad network card(s), etc.

I install FB some days ago and the service down several times a day.
log:
NIU3 (Server) Mon Mar 04 15:56:31 2002
INET/inet_error: send errno = 10054

INET/inet_error: read errno = 10054

I think the proble is FB without IBGuardian, then I get a FB from
Luis Forra's "unofficial" RC2 install kit.

The error don't stop.

yesterday I go back Interbase, but the error don't stop.

I think was a concidence with error and the change of server.
I would like know what is the [INET/inet_error: read errno = 10054].
