Hi,

I am trying to insert into a blob fied a combined data from a varchar(50) field and memo (blob field with text subtype), but I got the blob conversion error, is there a workaround for this? I tried FreeUDFLib's f_BlobAsPChar, but my memo contains more bytes that it could safely handles.

I am trying something like:

insert into table1 blob_1 select varchar_1 || f_CRLF() || blob_2 from table1 where ...
