Yes it is Borland's tool and it doesn't work Firebird 1.0, because of a bug
fix in Firebird. Look at the Contributed section on
www.ibphoenix.com. There are a few listed there that you can try, some are
free and some are commercial. One that you can try is IB_SQL from
www.ibobjects.com, it's free. But, still take a look at what's out there
and try them to see which one you prefer working with.
