IBExpert looks nice, but when I had IB installed before there were
graphical tools that came with it. They weren't great, but at least
I could do what I needed. It seems that what I have now only has
command line tools. Is it possible that the tools were from the OS
release from Borland when that came out? Please help me find
something!
