Hi,
we are developing an application using Delphi 6 Enterprise and FB 1.0.
The server runs under Windows XP professional. We know that under XP the
automatic system restore causes some problem, but we followed all the
instructions regarding XP as described in the Release Note.
The .GDB file is on drive E: (with no system monitoring), and also
firebird (with ISC4.gdb) runs on E:. In fact the connection time is fast.
The problem is that disconnection time is still slow (3-4 secs.).
Can someone help me, please?
Is it due to the fact thah TEMP folder is on C:?
Thanks!
