The command line tools are in the distribution - look in the /bin directory.

For a gui db management program, follow up the links in the release notes,
General section, or go to the Contributed Downloads page at www.ibphoenix.com.

If you had IBConsole and want to get it again, you can download it from
Code Central at http://community.borland.com Get a Code central ID to log
in, then Downloads>InterBase>O>Overcash, Jeff. IBConsole doesn't work 100%
with Firebird 1 though.
