When I working without any (or default) character set, FB RC2 understand
Lithuanian characters, but _don't_sort_ char,varchar variables by
Lithuanian
order.

After short test of ISO8859_1 - I have error on IBConsole:
arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation
Cannot transliterate character between character sets.
