I have a problem with large sort files with FB 1.0, Win2K:

In my application i get the following error message:

15-03-2002 03:43:25:349 1160 UNKNOWN DEBUG TTIBSQL.Execute I/O
error for file "D:\TEMP\ib_sort_d00584"
Error while trying to write to file

In the temp directory i found two firebird temp files:

15.03.2002 07:07 1.811.452.032 ib_sort_a00584
15.03.2002 07:09 545.605.632 ib_sort_b00584

The interbase.log file is empty.

Maybe the patch for large temp files only works on the first two sort
files?

- Any idea?
- Do you have a short description how to debug firebird by myself?
