BTW, part of the blame should be endorsed to Source Forge: they acknowledged
they had a bug where nobody could change entries in the bug tracker. Since
there's a manual/semi-automatic processing to extract information for the
release notes, it got some entries that should have been updated but
couldn't be updated timely.
